Join Our Nursery Team

At Tip Toes, we see children as curious, capable, and full of ideas. We are looking for a full-time native English-speaking teacher to join our nursery team and help create a warm, inspiring environment where children can explore, express themselves, and grow with confidence.

What the role involves

You will help create a caring and respectful space where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to discover the world around them.
The role includes:

• supporting children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through meaningful everyday experiences

• planning thoughtful activities based on play, creativity, exploration, and children’s natural curiosity

• observing children closely and responding to their individual needs and interests

• building positive relationships with parents and caregivers to support each child’s development together

• helping maintain a calm, safe, and welcoming classroom environment where children can thrive

Who we are looking for

We would love to hear from someone who brings both professionalism and genuine care to their work with young children.

You should have:

• a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

• excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written

• previous experience in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting

• a patient, kind, and respectful approach to working with children

• good organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
