We are seeking a passionate and dedicated english preschool teacher to join our caring and experienced team. With over 25 years of tradition, our program focuses on helping children grow with confidence, creativity, and joy in a nurturing and supportive environment.

What the Role Involves:

• Taking responsibility for children in the classroom

• Preparing and implementing engaging lesson plans

• Preparing and implementing engaging sports / funny / entertaining / inspiring afternoon programs

• Supporting children’s learning, social development, and English language skills

• Ensuring the classroom is a safe, organised, and inspiring space

• Demonstrating empathy, patience, and calmness

• Caring for young children and attending to their basic needs
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Native English speaker, or a non-native speaker with near-native English fluency

• Alignment with Spectrum Care’s values

• Experience working with preschool-aged children is highly valued

• Relevant qualifications are a plus: Chůva (Toddler Care) certificate, or background in pedagogy, social work, or healthcare
