Actively search for and establish partnerships with hotels
Independently manage and develop long-term business relationships
Negotiate business terms and close deals
Achieve defined sales targets and KPIs
Conduct market research and monitor competitors
Participate in regular business trips across EU countries
Travel all around EU countries for most of working hours in key tourist destinations
English language – native or professional working proficiency
Previous sales experience (experience in hospitality or B2B is an advantage)
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Strong business sense, goal orientation, and internal motivation
Independence, flexibility, and professional attitude
Knowledge of other European languages is a big plus
Collaboration under a freelance (trade license) agreement
Starting salary from 50,000 CZK/month + performance-based bonuses (KPI-linked)
