Role Overview
The GTM Engineer is a data-driven revenue role focused on building and optimizing AI-powered, automated go-to-market motions. The role supports Sales by identifying buying signals, creating high-quality lead lists, and improving pipeline efficiency and scalability—ideal for someone analytical, technically curious, and aiming to grow into GTM, RevOps, or Growth roles.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue through data-driven, AI-powered lead generation
Identify and activate high-intent accounts and buying signals
Turn data and insights into sales-ready leads and personalized outreach
Build and optimize automated outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
Experiment with GTM motions and channels to scale pipeline growth
Equip Account Executives with high-quality leads and clear context
Own CRM (HubSpot) accuracy, data quality, and GTM performance tracking
Partner closely with Sales & Marketing to hit pipeline and revenue targets
Your Profile
Strong analytical mindset focused on driving revenue
Comfortable working with data, automation, and AI-powered tools
Solid understanding of outbound sales, lead qualification, and pipeline logic
Ability to turn complex data into clear, sales-ready insights
Builder mentality with a passion for creating scalable GTM systems
Experiment-driven, curious, and comfortable with ambiguity
Experience in data, growth, RevOps, or automation is a strong plus
Interest in B2B SaaS, go-to-market strategy, and revenue growth
