The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a well-maintained building on a quiet street. It features a fully equipped kitchen area (fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven with stove, range hood, kitchenware) and a sofa. There are two bathrooms with showers and two separate toilets. A washing machine is also available.
