Siko is expanding into the German market!
To ensure that our customers in Germany receive the same high level of support and care as in all our markets, we are looking for someone who would like to join Siko – ideally as part of our Customer Care team in Prague Anděl – while using German on a daily basis. Our colleagues on site will support you with everything you need. You’ll have the opportunity to listen, observe, and learn at your own pace.
Providing customer support across various channels (email, chat, phone, etc.)
Helping to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Offering information about products, stock availability, and order status
Using our internal systems such as SAP and CRM
Collaborating with other departments within the company
Communicating with external carriers as well as our warehouse
Contributing to the development of our Customer Care Center for the new German market
An innovative person who is not afraid to bring new ideas
Someone who is eager to grow and continuously develop
A good listener with a solution-oriented mindset who is reliable and helpful
Technical experience is an advantage
If not, no worries – our internal trainers and the Customer Care team will provide full onboarding
Someone with excellent knowledge of the German language – C1/C2 level is essential, as daily communication with German-speaking customers is required
