Job purpose
Be the process owner of all incoming requests from customers and internal business partners / stakeholders via e-mail/EDI/B2B portal/other channels within the French market.
Business environment
Key accountabilities
Own the end-to-end process of customer contacts, from first contact to final resolution & communication back to the customer (Phone, email, payment cases, EDI platform and other channels)
Delegate and follow-up the customer request resolutions with all internal stakeholders: CXC Team, Sales Team, Finance Department, Invoicing Team, Pricing Team, Master Data Team, Bonus Management, etc.
Lead Sales missions within your scope (prospection, market research, etc.)
Manage several accounts as Digital Account Manager and create long-term commercial connections with customers.
Treat incoming orders and requests from customers according to the process definitions to ensure delivering and invoicing to customer according to agreed SLA´s – on time in full
Coordinate order-related problem resolution (out of stock, delivery delays, product quality issues)
Manage system related (automated) order messages and resolve these
Adjust orders based on input from the business, such as SKU switches
Establish product sheets for new SKU’s (Stock keeping unit) internally and on the buying groups platforms (keep master data up to date)

Internal Teams, including but not limited to Logistics, Credit & Collections, Finance, etc.

Qualifications and Technical competencies required
Education & Experience
No specific degree required
Behavioral, Language & Technical competencies
Fluency in French and English
Able to work on own initiative and prioritize workload efficiently
Problem solving experience and leading issue resolution
Preferably Customer facing experience but not necessary
MS Office – Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, Macro´s preferred
SAP or other ERP application experience is beneficial but not necessary
