As a Front Office Employee, it is your job to listen carefully to all parties involved (customer, internal departments of Renault/ Dacia and the dealer) in order to find a tailor-made solution for the customer as quickly as possible. You assess the customer's needs and try to respond to them during the telephone conversation.
• Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a timely manner.
• Responding to emails and processing them in files.
• Clarifying information, investigating any problems and offering solutions and/or alternatives.
• Building lasting relationships with customers and involving them as much as possible.
• Achieving quantitative and qualitative goals for yourself and the team.
Profile:
• Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills, as well as active listening skills.
• You are a fluent writer and have a good knowledge of grammatical rules.
• You can quickly adapt to different types of customers.
• Versatile and able to set priorities and manage time efficiently
• Sociable, open-minded and empathetic
• Preferably bilingual (NL/FR)
• Resident in the Prague area; our office is located in WorkLounge Karlin.
