Family house situated in a quiet residential area of Ruzyně, in the Prague 6 district.
The house was originally built in 1955, but in 2012 it underwent a complete reconstruction, which preserved only the foundations and part of the supporting masonry on the 1st floor.
As part of the reconstruction, an extension of the 2nd floor, an attic and an extension of the garage were realized.
The house is partially underground and has two floors and a fully used attic.
It offers a generous layout of 7 + kitchenette, ideal for a larger family or multi-generational living.
On the ground floor there is a garage for one vehicle with electrically operated sectional doors (not operationally connected to the interior of the house).
The living room on the 1st floor opens onto a pleasant terrace, which is elevated above ground level and offers a space for relaxation with views of the greenery.
The windows are plastic with double glazing, on the floor we find tiles and concrete in preparation for the final floor covering.
In the garden there is an indoor swimming pool (dimensions 1,6 × 6 × 3 m), the technology of which is located in a separate garden house at the southern border of the property. The size of the whole plot is 625 sqm.
