Exclusively I offer a house with reconstruction started built around 1930 in the village Štědrá 25 km from Karlovy Vary. The ceilings are original wooden beamed ceilings, when in 2015 - 2018 a reconstruction was carried out in which new SDK ceilings were made in part of the house. The house is connected to the municipal water supply and the internal water supply was made of plastic pipes during the reconstruction. The house is not connected to the sewerage system with the sewerage network being at the property boundary. The property is not heated and there is an unconnected plate radiator and steel stove in one room. The wiring was done during the renovation from copper with the wiring not being fully completed. The house is offered as a family home or holiday cottage, situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village. The village of Štědrá has its own municipal office and has civic amenities in the form of a kindergarten, primary school, grocery, restaurant, public playground and train station.
