For immediate rent we offer office space in a historic building in Žižkov.
The office is located on the fourth and fifth floor. After entering the building there is a possibility to use the elevator on the mezzanine or staircase. The entrance to the office is through the central corridor.
On the lower floor there are three smaller offices and one large office with a balcony. There are also separate toilets, kitchenette and bathroom.
From the central corridor there is an additional staircase to the upper floor and on the mezzanine there is one smaller office.
The top floor consists of a large meeting room and one secondary office, a bathroom and a separate toilet. There is a local gas heating system in each room.
Of course there is 24/7 access to the building. Central location with walking distance to metro A - Želivského and bus stop - Černínova. The location connects countless restaurants.
