We have just painted the apartment a few days ago, fitted it with brand-new carpets and furniture, and the new kitchen has been in the apartment for less than a year - it's a nice place to live on the level.
With a 3+1 layout and 92m2 of living space, there's plenty of room for up to four people. Three separate rooms offer plenty of privacy, and the spacious kitchen is where you'll want to gather. The apartment also features two toilets, which are very practical. Two of the rooms face a quiet courtyard with a garden, which you can of course use. If you have a lot of stuff, you will also find the huge cellar, which is included in the rent, useful.
The beautifully lit apartment is on the fourth floor, which you'll have to climb until the lift is installed - think of it as a contribution to a healthy lifestyle.

refundable deposit: 34.500,-CZK
