The apartment located on the 1th floor of maintained house in quiet street has also large kitchenette equipped with all appliances (fridge/freezer, microwave, dishawasher, electric oven with stove, hood, dishes, washing machine). In kitchenette is also relaxing sofa. The bathroom is with a shower, separate toilet.
Excellent public availability: Metro B/C station, bus and tram station just 3 min. walking just about 5min by tram into the real heart of Prague (Wenceslas Square, Old Town Square, etc). Karlín residents have plenty of access to green space: Karlinské náměstí is a small park, and towering over it is the long ridge of Vítkov Hill, well-known for its superb views over the city.
The elongated summit is a favorite spot for strollers and inline skaters, who glide along the straight road running to the recently restored National Memorial, complete with newly-opened viewing platform.
