The property is located in a zone designated for gardens and gardening colonies. It is not a standard building plot for a family house or permanent residence. The permitted above-ground built-up area is up to 25 m², with one above-ground floor and a maximum total height of 5 metres.
The current annual fees include a membership fee, an advance payment for operating costs, a repair fund contribution, and water and electricity according to actual consumption. Current amounts should be confirmed with the colony committee.
Dolní Chabry offers a peaceful green setting with good access to the rest of Prague. The location is easily accessible by public transport, with bus connections to Kobylisy station on Prague’s Red Metro Line C. This provides a convenient and quick connection to the city centre and other parts of Prague, while the area is also easily accessible by car.
