1+ years of active sales experience (B2B/B2C).
Confident user of CRM systems (Bitrix24 preferred) and Excel/Google Sheets.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute step-by-step plans to achieve objectives, with rigorous self-assessment against KPIs.
Proven capacity to synthesize and prioritize high volumes of information, translating data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Czech language B2–C1; Ukrainian/Russian/English are a plus.
Personal traits: responsibility, communication skills, flexibility, stress tolerance.
Willingness to travel, run presentations, and hold regular on-site client meetings.
Drive sales of assigned brands within your territory: conduct negotiations with clients, prepare commercial offers, and conclude contracts.
Monitor order fulfillment timelines together with the brand representative/logistics.
Maintain sales records in the relevant software and CRM (pipeline, reports, forecasting).
Contribute to product marketing strategies based on client base analysis; propose channels and marketing activities.
Grow revenue with existing clients through relationship expansion and cross-sell/upsell initiatives.
