We are seeking a native English-speaking Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. This role involves guiding businesses through the optimization of their Google Business Profiles, leveraging our reviews software, and managing the clients on a day to day basis. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong customer service background and a passion for digital marketing and local SEO.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the main liaison for a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Develop strong, trusted relationships through consistent communication and timely support.
Onboard new clients, set expectations, and lead them through the service lifecycle.
Google Business Profile Optimization: 1 week course free of charge offered by Google is a must after hired
Audit and optimize GBP listings for accuracy, completeness, and performance.
Implement best practices for NAP consistency, categories, photos, services, and attributes.
Track and report on listing visibility and performance metrics.
Reputation Management & Reviews Software (Training Provided)
Train clients on how to use our proprietary reviews software to collect and respond to reviews.
Manage clients who have our reviews management software
Provide strategic recommendations to improve online ratings and customer perception.
Performance Reporting
Deliver monthly performance reviews on client accounts who have reindexing, removals and ongoing ORM
Internal Coordination
Collaborate with our content, tech, and support teams to resolve client issues and deliver value.
Document interactions, progress, and deliverables using CRM tools.
Language: Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience: 2+ years in account management, customer success, or client-facing digital marketing role.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Online Marketing, Google Business Profiles, online reviews platforms (Google, Yelp, etc.), CRM tools.
Soft Skills: Positive character, Empathetic communicator, organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks and accounts.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not needed (Marketing, Communications, or related fields).
