Centraal, a minimalist bistro nestled along Prague's Rašínovo nábřeží, has swiftly become a culinary sensation by perfecting a singular offering: the fried chicken sandwich. Complemented by a tangy vegetable relish inspired by a family recipe and paired with a curated selection of sparkling wines, the dining experience at Centraal is both refined and hearty.
