Andrea Bocelli will return to Prague’s O2 arena on May 27, 2027, with tickets going on sale Friday, Oct. 30.

The Italian tenor’s return follows two sold-out performances at the venue this January. The forthcoming concert will be his 10th appearance at the Vysočany arena, according to organizer JV Classics.

The program will celebrate Romanza, the breakthrough album associated with one of his best-known songs, Con te partirò, and its duet version with British soprano Sarah Brightman, Time to Say Goodbye.

A return after two sold-out January shows

Bocelli’s most recent Prague visit brought two concerts accompanied by the Czech National Symphony Orchestra under American conductor Steven Mercurio.

Those performances included material from Duets, the album released as part of celebrations marking Bocelli’s 30 years on international stages.

For the May concert, organizers are highlighting the legacy of Romanza and the music that helped establish his worldwide audience. The announcement does not identify accompanying musicians or guest singers, so the reference to Brightman concerns their famous recording rather than a confirmed Prague appearance.

Their 1996 live performance helped propel Time to Say Goodbye to international success. The song remains among Bocelli’s most recognizable concert pieces, organizer representative Sylva Kovářová told ČTK.

The Prague date offers another opportunity for audiences who missed his January appearances, both of which sold out quickly, according to the organizers.

A career spanning classical and pop audiences

Bocelli has sold more than 90 million albums and accumulated over 16 billion streams, according to figures supplied by the organizers.

His career bridges operatic repertoire and mainstream pop, including recordings with Ed Sheeran and Ariana Grande. His honors include a Golden Globe, seven Classical BRIT Awards and seven World Music Awards, alongside Grammy and Latin Grammy nominations.

He has performed for U.S. presidents, popes and members of the British royal family, as well as audiences in concert halls, opera houses and arenas around the world.

Away from performing, he founded the Andrea Bocelli Foundation in 2011 to support people and communities facing difficult circumstances.

Tickets to the May 27 concert in Prague are now available through Ticketmaster.
