Forget end-of-the-year self-reflections and New Year’s resolutions. If you’re a music enthusiast, December’s the time to start marking your calendar with the big tour dates and concerts looming just around the corner.

To make it easier, we’ve compiled a list of the big names coming to Prague in 2026. This list will be updated as new dates are announced.

**Scroll down to see the complete list organized by month**

Italian tenors and French melodies

In the grey and gloom of the deep Czech winter, a voice emerging from the dark: blind Tuscan-born vocalist sensation and “fourth tenor” Andrea Bocelli will enchant crowds at the O2 Arena on Jan. 23 and 24.

Just a few days later, amateurs of Parisian vibes will be delighted to listen to the pop-jazzy-Frenchy, soul-infused singer-songwriter Zaz, scheduled to perform in Prague’s O2 Universum on Jan. 27. “Je veux” indeed.

More sounds and beats coming from France the following month: world-famous composer Yann Tiersen, renowned for his award-winning melancholic melodies and musical film scores like Amelie or Good Bye Lenin!, is coming to the Lucerna Music Bar on Feb. 24. Perhaps a forward-thinking Valentine’s Day date night idea.

Switching vibes and genres, the Florida-born, chart-topping Jason Derulo will bring his catchy mix of pop, R&B, and electronic dance music to the O2 Arena on March 2. A few days later, the eclectic South London pastoral folk and indie rock act Florence + The Machine will come to the same venue on March 5 as part of The Everybody Scream Tour.

Rock legends in the house

As we slowly transition into spring, more rejoicing is to come. Iconic American singer-songwriter Paul Simon will launch his 2026 European tour with three concerts at the Prague Congress Centre on April 9, 10, and 12, before making his way to other European capitals.

Next up? Australian indie rock band Tame Impala and multi-instrumentalist lead Kevin Parker will come to electrify the O2 Arena on April 20. The California-based, moodier alternative rock band The Neighbourhood—after rejoining forces with their fifth album Ultrasound following a multi-year pause—will fill the Sportovni Hala Fortuna in Prague’s Holešovice district on April 30 and May 1.

Don’t forget to mark May 4 in your calendar, with no other than rock legend, balladeer, and bluesman Eric Clapton coming to the O2 Arena on the heels of an award-winning career spanning half a century of solo work and countless fruitful collaborations.

Where to get tickets

Ticketmaster & Ticketportal: These are the primary official sellers for almost everything at the O2 Arena, O2 Universum, and the Prague Congress Centre. If you see a major arena show, check these first.
GoOut.net: The gold standard for "fresher" acts, club shows (Lucerna Music Bar, MeetFactory, Archa+), and indie events. Their app is particularly user-friendly for English speakers.
Official festival sites: For Rock for People, Metronome, and Colours of Ostrava, always purchase tickets directly from their official websites. Most use tiered pricing, so the earlier you buy, the cheaper the wave.

Summer festival season

The festival season is now upon us. Classical music fans shouldn’t wait to book the fast-disappearing tickets to the 81st edition of the Prague Spring Festival that will, among other highlights, mark the return of world-famous Argentine pianist Martha Argerich to Prague. Running from May 12 to June 4, this year’s edition will also celebrate 100 years of the Prague Radio Symphony Orchestra.

Without (barely) skipping a beat, we head to Hradec Králové for the Rock for People festival, held from June 10-14, with Brit-pop cartoonish staple Gorillaz headlining the event and back in the Czech Republic after nine years of absence. Celebrating 50 years on stage, the sensation of British heavy metal Iron Maiden will also join the party among a host of other great musical acts.

Progressing through next summer’s events, we’re back in Prague for Metronome, held for the first time at Letňany Airport on June 19-21 for its 10-year anniversary. The proficient and eclectic ex-lead singer of The Police, Sting, will headline a 2026 edition that will also see the return of post-punk and soul-searching icon Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds. The Flaming Lips and Slowdive add to the fest's indie appeal.

Shock, goth, and crunk

Other notable June dates include American pop-rock band OneRepublic performing at Letňany Airport on June 27, and 77-year-old shock-rock pioneer Alice Cooper at the Logspeed CZ Arena in Plzeň on June 30.

Mid-July comes with a tough choice to make: you can head to Colours of Ostrava, from July 15-18, headlined by American electronic music phenomenon Moby alongside the likes of Lorde, Twenty One Pilots, Jambinai or Bert & Friends; or to Vizovice in Moravia, for the Masters of Rock festival (July 16-19) featuring, among others, controversial metal-goth anti-hero Marilyn Manson. Or for the brave and youthful, combine both.

Dale! Florida hitmaker, party pop king, and Mr. 305 himself Pitbull is coming on July 26 at Letňany Airport with none other than crunk sensation Lil Jon for a show for the ages.

Few dates have yet been announced for the post-summer months. Genre-defining legends blending classic rock, hard rock, heavy metal, and psychedelic rock, England-born Deep Purple are already scheduled for an Oct. 7 gig at O2 Arena.

Last but not least, a few Czech domestic favorites will follow suit in the next weeks, including all-female folk band Vesna at Forum Karlin (Oct. 22), Teplice hard-rock act Kabat at the O2 Arena (Nov. 10 and 11) and alt-rock Lucie at the same venue on Dec. 10.
