Interesting offer of a room in a shared apartment perfect for the students! We have a cosy room of 16 sq m, which is situated on the 3rd floor for rent and is located close to the University of Pardubice.
This sharing apartment has a great location at Na Cihelna - only 2 minutes walking distance from the University. We can find many cafes, restaurants, grocery stores there (such as Lidl, Albert, etc.) The city centre is easily reached by a nice 15min walk or only few minutes by bus (bus stop is located just 2min by walking from the house). As a great tip for a trip - we recommend you to visit Kunětická Hora castle, located just 10 minutes by car.
After entering the apartment, we can find the room on the right side and it is oriented to the southeast. In the main hallway there are closets with storage space, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. Across the hallway there is a kitchen and three separate rooms.
This room is offered with basic furnishings. The walls are painted white, and the floor is covered with laminate flooring. The room includes the following equipment: a wardrobe with a mirror, a bed with a mattress, a nightstand, a lamp, a standing lamp, a desk, two chairs, curtain rods, and curtains. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances: an electric oven, a gas stove, a refrigerator with a freezer, and a dining table with chairs. The bathroom contains a washing machine.
This house is clean, safe and energy efficient. There's an elevator. The apartment has its own loggia, storage for bycicles and a cellar for storing other equipments.
The rent for the room is 7,000 CZK per month, plus 2,000 CZK for utilities (internet is included). A refundable deposit of 10,000 CZK and an agency fee of 7,000 CZK apply.
For the first two months, December and January, we offer a special reduced rent of 3,500 CZK per month. From February onwards, the rent will return to the standard 7,000 CZK per month.
If you are interested in accommodation for two people – for example, two students – the owners welcome this option and would be happy to rent the room to two tenants together.
The owners requires non smokers with no pets for the long term rental. The room is available from 1st October 2025, ideal for a student - only a girl, in other separated rooms have been living girls.
The owners reserves the right to select the tenant according to the criteria chosen by them.
