This sharing apartment has a great location at Na Cihelna - only 2 minutes walking distance from the University. We can find many cafes, restaurants, grocery stores there (such as Lidl, Albert, etc.) The city centre is easily reached by a nice 15min walk or only few minutes by bus (bus stop is located just 2min by walking from the house). As a great tip for a trip - we recommend you to visit Kunětická Hora castle, located just 10 minutes by car.
After entering the apartment, we can find the room on the left side and it is oriented to the west, there is separated entrance to the room from the kitchen. In the main hallway there are closets with storage space, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. Across the hallway there is a kitchen and three separate rooms.
This room is being offered with basic equipment. The room is painted with white colour and furnished. There is a new floating floor. The following equipment: a bed with a mattress, a lamp, a table and an office chair, wardrobe, armchair. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances - electric oven, gas stove, fridge with freezer and dining table with chairs. The bathroom has a washing machine.
