Interesting offer of a room in a shared apartment perfect for the students! We have a cosy room of 12 sq m, which is situated on the 3rd floor for rent and is located close to the University of Pardubice.
This sharing apartment has a great location at Na Cihelna - only 2 minutes walking distance from the University. We can find many cafes, restaurants, grocery stores there (such as Lidl, Albert, etc.) The city centre is easily reached by a nice 15min walk or only few minutes by bus (bus stop is located just 2min by walking from the house). As a great tip for a trip - we recommend you to visit Kunětická Hora castle, located just 10 minutes by car.
After entering the apartment, we can find the room on the right side and it is oriented to the southeast. In the main hallway there are closets with storage space, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. Across the hallway there is a kitchen and three separate rooms.
This room is being offered with basic equipment. The room will be painted with white colour and furnished. The carpet will be replaced by a new floating floor. From the photo, you can only see the wardrobe with bedside table that is going to remain in the room. The following equipment will be added: a bed with a mattress, a bedside table, a lamp, a table and an office chair. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances - electric oven, gas stove, fridge with freezer and dining table with chairs. The bathroom has a washing machine.
This house is clean, safe and energy efficient. There's an elevator. The apartment has its own loggia, storage for bycicles and a cellar for storing other equipments.
The rent for the room is 6,500 CZK per month plus 2,000 CZK for utilities (internet included). A refundable deposit of 10,000 CZK and an agency fee of 8,500 CZK apply.
In case of interest in accommodation for two people – for example, two female students – the landlords are happy to rent the room to two tenants together.
The owners requires non smokers with no pets for the long term rental. The room is available from 1st January 2026, ideal for a student - only for a girl (in other 3 separated room already have lived only girls).
The owners reserves the right to select the tenant according to the criteria chosen by them.
