What do we look for in a candidate?
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German language
Good understanding of computer systems and standard software
Ability to work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends
Positive attitude and professional care
Experience in customer service is an advantage, but not necessary
What will you do?
Direct communication with our customers via phone call, email, or chat
Problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach
Solving possible issues and giving advice if needed
Helping customers with various procedures
Providing additional information regarding compensations, additional services
Establishing and managing positive relationships with customers as well as co-workers and supervisors
