About the Role
We’re looking for a high-performing and result-driven sales professional with deep expertise in the HR industry and a proven ability to sell complex solutions to enterprise headquarters. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on real human connection, knows how to navigate C-level conversations with confidence, and consistently builds pipeline through community, credibility, and in-person presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise-Level Selling: Manage full-cycle enterprise sales processes, including larger tenders and RFPs.
C-Level Engagement: Build trusted advisor relationships with CHROs, CFOs, COOs, and CEOs. Speak their language and understand their strategic business needs.
HR Domain Expertise: Bring deep knowledge of HR tech, performance management, engagement, retention, and analytics. Educate and challenge the status quo.
Community & Event-Led Growth: Represent our brand at industry events, dinners, and roundtables. Actively contribute to HR and leadership communities (Slack groups, LinkedIn, professional forums).
Pipeline Through Trust: Generate high-quality opportunities by being genuinely helpful - offline and online. Very proactive outreach, focus on building real value and credibility.
Flawless Execution: Own your pipeline from qualification, discovery to close. Collaborate closely with marketing and customer success to ensure a seamless customer journey.
What You’ll Bring:
Knowledge of and experience with sales in the UK market
Track record of selling to enterprise HQs, with C-level stakeholder management
Deep knowledge of HR trends, processes, tools, and the transformation challenges HR leaders face
Strong personal brand and professional network in the HR or people-tech space
Comfortable representing the brand in-person - at events, client sites, or community meetups
Driven, coachable, and able to operate independently with a founder’s mindset
Ideally based in Prague or UK
