What you’ll do:

• Proactively approach and acquire new clients in the life sciences sector

• Build, nurture, and maintain long-term client partnerships

• Identify, engage, and qualify top candidates aligned with client needs

• Drive the full-recruitment cycle, from headhunting to successful placement

• Expand and strengthen your candidate network to establish expertise in your niche

• Use metrics smartly to guide decisions (not micromanage)

What you bring:

• 1+ years in 360° agency recruitment

• Proven success in business development and deal closing

• Strong knowledge of the European life sciences market

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship skills

• Fluent English
