Run the full 360° recruitment cycle - from proactive business development, candidate headhunting to successful placement
Build a candidate network and establish yourself as a trusted expert in your niche
Develop long-term partnerships with diagnostics, pharma, and medtech clients
Use data and metrics to guide your strategy, not justify it to a manager
1+ years in 360° agency recruitment
Experience in telephone-based sales or professional business development - you’re confident, persuasive, and comfortable opening conversations cold
A proven track record in business development and deal closing
Interest in or exposure to the life sciences space (diagnostics, pharma, or med-tech preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building instincts
Fluent English; additional European languages are a bonus
Above-market base salary + uncapped commission - the more you place, the more you earn
