Mobile Billing Terms and Conditions

You are responsible for providing a mobile phone number as a form of payment, and confirm that you are the owner or legitimate user, or that you have the consent of the owner or legitimate user, of the mobile phone number you are registering the SMS Services from.

2. Price and Payment

Each premium SMS will cost 99 CZK. This price is inclusive of DPH at the current rates. The duration for the SMS Service that you ordered is clearly displayed in the section that you chose to upgrade and confirmed to the terms and conditions.

When you text one of our mobile short-codes – e.g., ‘Expats’ to the number 903 09 99 – you will be charged 99 CZK as a result of sending this message. Once the order is complete, you will be sent a confirmation SMS to confirm the order has been made. DO NOT continue to send messages if you have NOT received the confirmation message. If you do not wait for the confirmation message and continue to send further texts you will be charged 99 CZK for EACH SMS you send. Howlings S.R.O. does NOT offer refunds on premium SMS messages. If you have a problem with your order, please send an email to cs@expats.cz and include your mobile phone number.

3. Termination

Your right to terminate: You can remove your advert from the system through the ‘my classifieds’ / ‘my events’ / ‘my jobs’ / ‘my listings’ section of the ‘your account’ area. You can request Expats.cz to completely remove your mobile number from the database by texting ‘remove’ to 608 133 412 (charged as normal message rate) Howlings s.r.o. right to terminate: Howlings s.r.o. can terminate ANY advert it deems inappropriate from the site. Howlings s.r.o. offers no refund for using this service in the event that an advert is deemed inappropriate. (This applies to both free and paid adverts.) Howlings s.r.o. offers no refunds for the use or misuse of any of the premium mobile services on Expats.cz. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree to waive your rights to any refund or compensation for using the services.

4. Service Availability

You acknowledge that the SMS Services may, at any time, be adversely affected by problems with your cellular phone network, including, without limitation, interference to the network coverage. Howlings s.r.o. shall not be responsible or liable to you for any loss, damage, or expenses incurred directly or indirectly by you as a result of any difficulties experienced by your cellular phone service provider.

If you do not receive a confirmation message you should inform us by sending an email to cs@expats.cz

Subject to the constraints described above, Howlings s.r.o. will carry out the services(s) with reasonable care and skill.

5. Data Protection

The information and data (“personal data”) which is provided by you when you register for the SMS Services will be held by Howlings s.r.o. The personal data shall be used by Howlings s.r.o. for the following purposes:

i. to update and develop the company’s records and for assessment and analysis including market and service/product analysis;
ii. to assist the company in the provision of services/products to you; and
iii. to facilitate reviews, developments, and improvements to the services/products offered to you.

Howlings s.r.o. may inform you from time to time by e-mail, telephone, text message, or any other media about relevant news, information, services and products offered (this applies to both free and paid adverts.)
