For long-term rent, we offer a spacious duplex apartment on the top floor of a well-maintained apartment building with an elevator.
The lower floor of the apartment consists of: living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, two separate bedrooms, dressing room and bathroom with shower.
The upper floor of the apartment consists of two separate bedrooms, one of them has access to an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, this bedroom has a personal dressing room and private access to the terrace, the second bathroom on this floor is with shower and is located in the corridor.
It is possible to rent a parking space in the underground garage for 4 000 CZK per month.
The fees include a deposit for utilities, billed once a year.
The commission to the real estate agency is one month's rent + VAT.
