JOB DESCRIPTION
- Calculating and accruing wages and salaries in accordance with local regulations
- Calculating and accruing various allowances and other benefits in accordance with local regulations
- Reviewing cost sheets and supporting documents
- Communicating with employees regarding cost compensation
- Reviewing time sheets
- Generating payrolls and registers for bank payments
- Accounting and reporting of payroll costs
- Reporting to HR and assessing budget performance
- Participating in local audits
- Participating in and coordinating projects related to company services and processes
- Representing the company’s values
- Handling various ad hoc questions, tasks, and projects within the functional scope as assigned by management
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- People orientation, relationship-building skills, and stress resistance
- Accounting education or proven accounting knowledge
- Good understanding of payroll, HR management, and related labor legislation
- Understanding of the local client and economic environment, as well as market trends
- Knowledge of SAP HR, SAP R3, and MS Excel
- Ability to apply a hands-on approach
