The Credit Management Senior Specialist with Italian is responsible for maintaining a ledger of accounts, collection of overdue accounts, order credit check / release & minimizing financial risk to AB InBev.
What will you be doing:
Work in a quick changing environment with strong focus on personal, team and company results
Monitor overdue accounts
Order credit check and release management
Resolving customer issues pertaining to delivery, pricing and bonus
Contact customers to align payment dates and amount to be paid
Perform account reconciliation & Dispute management resolution
Monitoring of customers on payment plans
Providing copies of documentation (invoices, credit notes, account statements…) to customers and business unit contacts
Upkeep of customer notes stored within financial system
Answering customer credit related questions
Strong collaboration with Sales, Commercial and Accounts Receivables teams
What you will bring:
Fluent in English and Italian (These languages are a must)
Undergraduate degree in Finance or related field or related experience
2 years Finance / Credit Management experience required
Experience working in a corporate environment an advantage
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Dynamic, Results orientated
Computer skills (MS Office, SAP (ERP) and other Financial systems
Able to work on own initiative and prioritize workload effectively
