We are currently looking for Dutch or French speakers who are interested in the Finance field, are located in (or want to relocate to) Prague, CZ, and who will support our stakeholders on the Belgian and Dutch markets.

As a Finance Specialist, you won’t just follow the process, you’ll own it. You will support with critical credit, real estate, loan, and contract processes, ensuring accurate handling of invoices, payments, collections, and disputes while working closely with owners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. With a strong focus on continuous improvement and efficiency, you’ll identify opportunities to optimize workflows, support key financial closings, and help drive impactful changes in how we work.

Your success will be measured by your ability to hit KPIs, deliver top-tier service, and elevate customer and stakeholder satisfaction, all while being a key player in shaping how we do things better, every day.

What you'll bring:  

  • Fluency in English and Dutch/French (speaking, reading and writing)

  • MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, …)

  • Experience with SAP or other Financial systems is a plus

  • Higher education (Undergraduate degree) or 1+ years of equivalent work experience in Finance or Business Management is preferred

  • Capable of being entrusted with “confidential” information

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-facing experience is preferred
