WIN: A Crate of F.H. Prager Honey Cider

F.H. Prager are among the pioneers of cider culture in the Czech Republic, having opened a showroom last spring and launching the city’s first ever cider subscription service.

Last month, the craft cider collective launched its latest flavor just in time for spring: Cider & Honey.

Made with high-quality organic comb honey harvested by a family of Czech beekeepers from the foothills of the Upper Palatine Forest, the new cider is sweet but hard, containing 5.2 percent alcohol.

Apart from honey-flavored cider and a perry variety, F. H. Prager now offers a weaker, sweeter 10-degree which contains 3.5 percent alcohol and a 12-degree semi-dry, a more bitter, stronger cider with 4.9 percent alcohol.

The ciders come in glass bottles of 0.33 litres or the new larger 0.66 litre size with newly designed logo.
