The apartment is located on the last floor and for this reason during the reconstruction insulation was put on the ceiling. Public parking is possible in nearby streets. The owner of the apartment can rent a parking spot in the locked courtyard behind the house. The house is accessible directly from the courtyard. The rent for the parking spot is 250 CZK a month. Another alternative is parking in the courtyard of the street Náplavka, right next to the house. There is a prohibited entry for motor vehicles to this particular place but it is possible to get a permit which costs 200 CZK a year. 

The full expenses to run the apartment are 5 500 CZK a month. Heating of the apartment as well as heating of the water is provided by a gas boiler.
