Job Description:

The Treasury & Accounting Analyst will support the day to day operations of the EMEA treasury function, including the support of the EMEA cash flow forecasting process, corporate bank administrative requests and cash pool reconciliations.  


The successful candidate will also support the EMEA Treasury Lead with the execution of special projects, streamlining of processes, periodic audits (both internal and external), development and implementation of newly established procedures and policies, and various additional ad hoc activities.  

Key Responsibilities:

·       Responsible for the day to day operational treasury tasks, including admin user requests with our corporate bank, creating new users, amending entitlements, and ensuring the correct controls are in place.

·       Working with the BSTC and local finance teams to solve payment queries and issues with our corporate bank.

·       Main point of contact to update the ERP system with general ledger master data changes.

·       Support the EMEA Treasury Lead with cash flow forecasting and analysis.

·       Monitor and provide monthly reconciliations on the EMEA cash pooling system.

·       Assist the EMEA Treasury Lead with the co-ordination of internal audits and the improvement of the internal control framework. 

·       Co-ordination of internal controls

·       Support the process of intercompany charges within the EMEA region (i.e. rebill process) 

Required Skills and Abilities:

·       2-3 years finance/accounting experience; branded consumer goods experience is an advantage.

·       Hands on mentality – with a pro-active nature and willingness to improve current processes.

·       Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge and experience required.

·       Excellent English language skills are required, other European languages are an advantage.

·       Knowledge of US GAAP is an advantage.

·       Understanding and experiences with SOD and SOX controls is a plus.

·       Previous work experience in a multi-cultural international environment is desirable.

·       Excellent written/verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills to interact with various departments/teams.

·       Previous work experience with SAP S4 Hana is a plus.
