Main goal of the position:

We are currently searching for an Administrator to support the IT compliance team. This is a newly created role and it involves administrative tasks mainly connected with documentation management (for example, involvement in policy and process documentation) within the field of pharmaceutical IT compliance.

This position could be interesting for you if you:

  • Enjoy working in an administrative position, if you already have some experience with administrative roles and are interested in learning about pharmaceutical compliance in the Information Technology area. This is neither a technical role nor a very senior position, and pharma compliance experience is not required, as training would be provided.

  • Are process-oriented and like working in documentation management.

  • Want to support the efforts to build a global IT compliance program.

  • Are attracted by a growing and diverse international office environment.

This is what you will mainly be doing in this role:

  • Manage and keep track on document change requests according to set GDP (Good Document Practice) rules. Obtaining approvals, providing correct documentation to requesters.

  • Participate in building the details of the IT Compliance program (policies, procedures and training material), working with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts).

  • Maintaining IT Compliance Framework content based upon approved documents.

  • Participation in setting new IT processes to ensure it comply with the IT Compliance Framework requirements.

  • Perform gap assessments for policy and procedure compliance. Address follow up actions. Align with owners for follow up.

  • Ensure all IT employees are educated on the new IT policies and procedures based on their IT role.

What you need for this position:

  • 1 to 3 years of administrative and documentation management experience.

  • Detail-orientation and planning and organizing skills

  • Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of stakeholders

  • Good communication skills

  • Advanced level of written and oral communication in English

  • Interest in learning about pharmaceutical compliance
