As an Accolade Inside Sales Specialist, you'll be an essential part of the team providing exceptional care to our customers (B2C). Your role involves engaging with our existing customers via phone, educating them on Accolade's health and benefit programs, offering them er services and ensure they receive the support they need. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals' health journeys while delivering a superior client experience. Your role will involve also communication with other teams.


Working hours: 2:30pm – 23:00pm CET – to cover US working time and reach US clients 

Hybrid position with 1 year contract. 

Start date: 1st October 2024 

A day in the life... 

  • Contacting our existing customers via phone and try to offer them new services (minimum 100 calls a day – approximately 60% of calls go to the voice box and part of the volume are also transfer calls to our other of our specialists) 

  • Deliver effective and enthusiastic communication to encourage and motivate clients to utilize Accolade’s services and be proactive about their health. 

  • Collect pertinent history from our clients and connect with the appropriate team member 

  • Provide top level service with every customer we connect with and establish a  
    successful connection to instill trust in our team 

  • Proactively communicate the benefits and the value of our service with every customer 

  • Independently manages task load to support outbound and inbound interactions to and from our clients daily 

  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets. 

What we are looking for... 

  • 1+ years employment experience in the customer service industry, sales, the service industry, administration, or reception, call center environment or similar 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to communicate with individuals at various levels within the organization 

  • Native English-speaking capability is highly preferred 

  • Ability to thrive in a performance-based environment  

  • Demonstrate a high level of personal accountability 

  • Commitment to quality and continuous improvement 

  • Ability to perform well under pressure, adapt to change, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic, evolving environment 

  • Ability to independently manage one’s own workload to meet the demands of the business  

  • Operate from a perspective of truly caring about our clients and creating value for them 

  • Proven ability to roll up your sleeves and contribute quickly 

  • Thrive in a team environment. A team player capable of collaborating with individuals  
    throughout the organization
