Job description:
Studies and understands all facets of the media products and services being offered
Trains in various sales tactics and approaches approved by the company
Approaches potential clients through new leads, cold calls, existing relationships, promotional events, or other means
Hones and delivers a skilled sales pitch to potential clients, either by phone or in person, in an effort to secure a sale
Details pricing and negotiates costs when necessary
Tracks every media purchase made to ensure that it is completed accurately and on time
Works to maximize sales and meet quotas in the short and long term
Maintains excellent relationships with all clients in the executive's portfolio
Professional requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English and Czech are a MUST.
Experience with proactive sales with proven track record of revenue generation, ideally from the media industry.
Network of existing contacts/partners will be important for your success.
Personality traits:
We are looking for someone with drive, passion, positive energy and fast thinking. You must enjoy building relationships with our dear partners and participate in networking events as ambassador of Expats.cz. You must also be able to work as part of the team and share best practices and experiences with other team members. Self-discipline and self-motivation is crucial in the flexible environment we have.
