In an exciting culinary partnership, Hidden Wine Bistro from Croatia’s Rijeka and Prague’s Seasons restaurant at Hilton have launched a six-month pop-up. At the heart of this collaboration is Michelin-starred chef Deni Srdoč. Designed specifically for this pop-up by Srdoč himself, the menu is a textural journey through modern Mediterranean cuisine—from the silken beef or tuna tartare to crisp octopus tempura, and from homemade gnocchi with pecorino and asparagus to shareable centrepieces like grilled turbot or roast duck. Czech gastronomy is preparing for its grand culinary moment as the country hosts the Bocuse d’Or Czech National Round, marking the nation’s gateway to the illustrious cooking competition and ultimately, the prestigious global finals in Lyon—and you can be a part of it.
