We would like to point out mainly our new legal service packages, which are offered by the Expat team exclusively to foreigners for very reasonable fixed prices. Especially convenient is the Business Visa Package which covers the whole process of Business Immigration beginning with the establishment of a new company, obtaining all the necessary licenses and ending with the visa application legal help. However, we think also about the already established small and medium enterprises, which might benefit from our Corporate and Labor Package. For a fixed monthly fee (which is dependent on the size of the company) our clients receive excellent counseling on the various day-to-day labor issues and corporate issues with the focus on the fulfillment of all corporate duties of the clients, which tend to change displeasingly often.

In course of last year we have realized that expats in the Czech Republic often lack accurate knowledge of local laws and regulations due to the fact that Czech laws are constantly changing and are often unclear subject to broad interpretation. For this reason we have decided to launch in cooperation with the Expats in Prague LinkedIn group a series of seminars for expats on specific subjects of Czech law which might be of interest to them starting from April 2011. We will be holding sequence of seminars on immigration, corporate, labor, social security and family law focusing on various changes in legislation and specific issues that are crucial for expats.

The seminars will be led by one of the partners of rutland jezek law firm, Monika Rutland, who has extensive experience with the Immigration and Expat issues, obtained not only in the Czech Republic, but also during her legal practice in the United States.
