Need a unique present for the Czech man in your life, and already made a splash with last year’s Carp Calendar

The 2017 Pivovarský calendar (Brewery Calendar) might be just what you need.

Produced by the historic Černokostelecký Brewery, the new calendar features gals in nineteenth-century garb manning the brewery’s machinery.

Through twelve months, the ladies take you through each stage of the beer brewing process, from soaking barley in January to grinding the malt in April, fermentation in October and bottling in December.

The calendar is not just intended for eye candy: proceeds from the sales will go towards reconstruction of what might be the largest wood-fired brewery in the world.

The models featured in the calendar are wives and girlfriends of the actual Černokostelecký brewers, captured by photographer Kamil Rodinger.

The calendar can be ordered online or purchased in person at the Černokostelecký Brewery and three Prague restaurants, U Šumavy in New Town & U Slovanské lípy and U Vodoucha in Prague 3.

More information about the calendar can be found via the official website; keep up to date with the historic Černokostelecký Brewery by following their Facebook page.
