Tallinn, Feb 18 (CTK special correspondent) – Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babiš criticised the behaviour of a Prague taxi driver throwing out a blind woman from his cab as he refused to take her guide dog on Monday afternoon, during his working visit to Estonia today.

Babiš visited the seat of the Bolt firm, with which the driver cooperated, in Tallinn today.

Bolt co-founder Martin Villig told reporters that the taxi driver’s behaviour was unacceptable. The firm will do its utmost to prevent such incidents in the future, he said.

The firm has already terminated cooperation with the driver and apologised to the woman.

The police are investigating the incident as a minor office, the Denik N server has reported.

The firm would like to apologise to the customer for the driver’s bad conduct, Villig said, adding that the driver was blocked.

Similar incidents are really exceptional, he added.

The police should solve such cases as a taxi driver must not use physical force against another person, Villing said.

Babiš saw a video recording of the incident, which he called absolutely unacceptable. “I cannot understand what kind of man he was. I hope that he was sacked immediately,” Babis noted.
