This will be your future role:

As Talent Acquisition Team lead you will embrace two main areas of responsibility.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be managing end-to-end talent acquisition process for your client. You will be responsible for client hiring activities in line with market norms for various job profiles (i.e. Supply Chain, HR, Finance and Marketing, etc.) and the agreed talent acquisition process.

You will be in regular interaction with your Hiring Managers and also candidates, while ensuring all the agreed Service Levels are met along with high levels of customer satisfaction for client stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities will be to liaise with Hiring Managers and HRBPs, candidate screening, sourcing, and other aspects of talent acquisition process, monitoring and continuous Improvement of process and productivity.

Considering your talent acquisition specialization and experience you will become an advisor for your hiring managers as well as your team in various stages and aspects of the talent acquisition process. Moreover, you will manage complex requisitions with focus on some industry specialization.

It will be essential to establish and maintain good relationships with your key stakeholders – mainly Hiring managers, candidates and HRBPs.

As a Team Lead you will have people management responsibilities for a group of recruiters.

In your Lead role you will be responsible for operations delivery of your team, mainly for prioritization and job requisitions distribution within your team, for meeting all Service Level Agreements, KPIs and hiring timelines. compliance and continues improvement. You will participate and may facilitate governance meetings and solution validation workshops. You will act as escalation point for your team and coach for recruiters.

You will work directly with Client Service Delivery Manager of the project who will be overall accountable for the project performance. You will be closely interacting with other Talent Acquisition specialists, Global process owners and global management of the project as well as client stakeholders.

This is what you already have:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, operations, or service delivery - ideally within professional services or fast-paced HR environments

  • 3+ years of people management experience

  • Experience with project setup, transition, and stabilization (preferred)

  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Problem-solving and critical thinking mindset

  • Flexible and adaptable in dynamic work environments

  • Proficiency in HR systems / ATS / recruitment tools

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

  • Fluent in English and one of Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Swedish)

  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn about HR, digital, and tech trends
