Looking for an accomplished Office Manager for our client to oversee the activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office.

This is an opportunity for a fluent Czech and English speaker who would like to work in a dynamic environment of a successful Czech company with international culture, and use English on a daily basis. The company operates on several international markets and you might find the position particularly attractive if you’re interested in renewable energy. 

The duties of the Office Manager will include close co-operation with the subsidiary offices and HR, reception duties and supervision of 1 receptionist, as well as the usual responsibilities such as making  sure that office equipment is maintained, all administration processes work effectively and relevant records are up to date. 

Requirements:

A successful candidate needs to have a min 2-year experience with having an independent responsibility in an office administration role (e.g. Office Manager, Snr. Receptionist, Personal Assistant and similar), excellent communication and organisation skills, and has to be fluent in Czech and English.
