A prosperious pharmaceutical company based in Prague, with a strong position not only on the Czech market, but also in the countries of Eastern Europe and Asia, is looking for new reinforcements for the position of Assistant for foreign representations.

Do you want to support the directors of important foreign branches directly from the Prague headquarters?

Do you speak Russian and English fluently and other languages are not a problem for you?

Then we are looking for you!

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Administrative support to management

  • Coordination of activities related to the operation of the department

  • Organization of visits and business trips

  • Office supplies orders and other items for the department

  • Preparing reports, analyzes and presentations

  • Collaboration on marketing activities

  • Administration of invoices in SAP

  • Handling phone calls, correspondence, mail registration

OUR EXPECTATIONS:

  • High school / University education

  • Previous experience in administration for at least 1 year

  • Active knowledge of Russian, English and Czech (other languages are advantage)

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office

  • Organizational and communication skills

  • Loyalty, diligence and reliability

  • Flexibility, high work commitment and independence

  • Helpfulness and team approach
