The Beresnev games team is looking for a HR Administrator to strengthen our team and contribute to achieving our ambitious goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Drawing up contracts, controlling and well-timed modificating the contracts;

  • Onboarding and offboarding;

  • Maintaining employee and counterparty records;

  • Communicating with the accounting department, preparing reports for them;

  • Maintaining and controlling leaves and other types of absences;;

  • Participating in HR department team tasks (events organization etc.);

  • Maintaining employee benefits;

  • Maintaining safety documentation;

  • Writing HR documentation;

  • Taking part in optimizing HR processes.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office;

  • High level of soft skills, discipline, self-reliance and attention to details;

  • Knowledge of Czech language at C1 level, knowledge of Russian language;

  • Ability to navigate laws and to conduct research on various topics;

  • Experience of working in a similar position, experience with documentation and its structure;

  • Knowledge of English at B2 level or above would be a plus.
