The Beresnev games team is looking for a HR Administrator to strengthen our team and contribute to achieving our ambitious goals.
Responsibilities:
Drawing up contracts, controlling and well-timed modificating the contracts;
Onboarding and offboarding;
Maintaining employee and counterparty records;
Communicating with the accounting department, preparing reports for them;
Maintaining and controlling leaves and other types of absences;;
Participating in HR department team tasks (events organization etc.);
Maintaining employee benefits;
Maintaining safety documentation;
Writing HR documentation;
Taking part in optimizing HR processes.
Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
High level of soft skills, discipline, self-reliance and attention to details;
Knowledge of Czech language at C1 level, knowledge of Russian language;
Ability to navigate laws and to conduct research on various topics;
Experience of working in a similar position, experience with documentation and its structure;
Knowledge of English at B2 level or above would be a plus.
