Customer Service Representative with German

The Customer Care Representative is a complex and responsible position focused on communication with our B2B customers from the dental area. We are seeking an experienced and professional partner for our customers, with a strong service mentality, and an excellent team player with a willingness to learn and an ability to multitask.

Main accountabilities include:

  • Responsibility for receiving, monitoring and processing customer orders and requests in a timely manner with emphasis on accuracy and professionalism

  • Providing customers with accurate information regarding our products and sales promotions.

  • Point of contact (telephonic or electronic) for Customers and Sales representatives during the day for a quick and dedicated service

  • Ensuring correct order management: Quotations, Orders, Deliveries and Invoices

  • Managing product and service complaints

  • Assuring fulfillment of the local legal requirements

  • Ensuring fulfillment of the local Terms and Conditions of Sales: Returns, Discounts, Freight Charges, Warranty and Product Complaints

  • Implementing all EMEA procedures and processes linked to Customer Care

  •  Cooperating with integrated departments by ensuring continuous improvement and growth.

  • Working and leveraging relations with sister companies in the whole group

Job requirements:

  • Experience in Customer Care area, ideally from medical device, healthcare or dental field

  • Expert knowledge in Customer Care processes and procedures

  • Language skills: fluent German is required

  • Fluent level of English since this will be the corporate language

  • Valuable knowledge as user in CRM systems

  • Enthusiastic for challenges and being part of a new project launch

  • Effective communication skills, ability to multitask and willingness to learn
