Our Order Management Senior Specialist, is responsible for owning the end-to-end customer journey and ensuring the best possible Order to Delivery experience.

What will you be doing: 

  • Key contact for customers & coordinator of the actions for specific scope of customers with other internal stakeholders (from order to delivery and invoicing) = daily operational routines + customer contact

  • Responsibility for tenders for new promotions to be sent to customer on time and in full

  • Promotion Operations end-to-end execution (aligning with Demand Planning to following up with Transport to fulfilling first time right solution).

  • Customer Master Data ownership

  • Implementing solutions to ensure accuracy on the first attempt through regular tool checks

What you'll bring:  

  • Fluency in French and English

  • Experience within a customer centric or logistics function

  • Process improvement mindset with required prior experience is a plus

  • MS Excel, SAP, PowerBI is beneficial

  • Ability to handle a variety of stakeholders and seniority levels

  • Problem solving experience and leading the resolution of the issue

  • Customer centric mindset with the ability to work under pressure
