Grand opening of the Museum of Prague’s Main Building

This weekend, the Museum of Prague’s main building reopens at its Florenc address with free admission. Inside awaits a new, high-tech, immersive exhibition, including a giant-scale 'immersive hall' with projections, and a revamped display of the beloved Langweil Model of Prague (over 2,000 historical buildings in miniature). But that’s not all: the museum has gone full festive mode, turning the reopening into a winter-holiday family celebration with a nod to Saint Nicholas Day. Take a look at the origins and historical depictions of St. Nicholas and his companions. Kids will also have a chance to meet St. Nicholas.

Mikulášská Show

If you’re going to be in Old Town Square for Mikuláš this week, check out this concert- performed by angels and devils. For two hours, the band Myš a Maš will be performing various genres while dressed up for the holiday.
