USEFUL APP OF THE WEEK 📱

Czech-made bedtime stories app Readmio helps parents get children to bed thanks to interactive features that include a night mode that allows for lights-out reading. It also recognizes spoken keywords and adds relevant sounds from the story.

Stories in the Readmio app are currently available in Czech and English, and the company will expand to Polish and German in the near future.

What to stream this week

From Wednesday, January 25, Netflix will add the 2014 Czech Television series První republika (First Republic). The series focuses on a family who settles in the Czech countryside in the years following the First World War.
