International staffing agency Devire is looking for a Team Leader, Junior Team Leader or Senior Consultant for Czech office in Prague. The main priority is your characteristic traits and experience from the segment Business Services or Accountancy and Finance.

If you have less experience or your preference is different segmentation, no worries, we are open for discussion.

WHO WE ARE

We are a group of 22 easygoing individuals who get along together not just in the office but also when work time is over – drinking sessions, trips or just hanging around the town. That are just a couple activities you can be part too if you become part of our crew. Honestly, there is a lot you can expect in our office! Only not work from 9 to 5.

We have an office in Wancessles Square – right in the centre of Prague. This means that we are really close to most of our clients and we like to meet them over coffee or lunch For sure you will appreciate the location cause tourists from all over the world pay thousands of Czech crowns to get here. Moreover, there are tons of delicious bistros and restaurants around.

And who will be your direct manager? Lenka Fabová, who has more than 10 years of experience in recruitment and business. She is open to sharing her best know-how with you.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Building Business Services team
Focusing on business development and acquisitions of new clients
Taking care of key account management of our current clients
Responsible for recruitment cycle of Business Services
Having regular meetings with existing clients
Cooperating with the marketing team on salary reports, blog posts and market insights
Participating in job fairs and other related events

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

Open-minded personality who will fit into our team is the main attribute for us
At least 2 years experience in the recruitment industry in the segment of Business Services or Accountancy and Finance.
Willingness to learn the Czech language (we will provide weekly courses for free)
Not being afraid of leadership and open communication with your colleagues
Someone with creative ideas we can transform into real things, such as events or clients reports
English level – C1

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM US?

Salary: fixed part of salary up to 62,000 CZK - depends on your experience
Bonus: fee 5% - 25 % + half year bonus
