• Take charge of training delivery, whether it's directly to end-users or coordinating sessions for other trainers.

• Foster a network of change ambassadors, championing the cause across the country.

• Keep a pulse on technology adoption and gather valuable feedback to drive improvements.

Who Are You?

• Bring at least 5 years of HR experience from an international setting.

• Proven track record in end-to-end project delivery within change management.

• Familiarity with Time Operations or broader HR operations.

• Master of stakeholder management with top-notch communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Word.

• Bonus points for any experience with training design tools.

• Thrive in complex and fast-paced environments, comfortable with virtual teamwork.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
